As the founder of SMART foundations Paula Pluck works with a variety of clients who are passionate about bringing more meaning into their professional and personal lives. Clients range from manager/director level employees, to consultants, coaches, and entrepreneurs.

The majority of Paula's career has been focused on helping people to adjust to
change. A graduate of business, leading to a profession of management consultancy in Human Resources and later as an author, columnist and lecturer in the field of organisational and personal development.
