We live in increasingly materialistic times, it seems as though we are driven by an unquenchable desire for position, power, success, fame and possessions; and yet even those who have achieved material abundance still experience insecurity, dissatisfaction, anxiety and even depression. At Smartfoundations we think whilst material comfort supports mental well-being it does not complete it – we believe connecting to our intuition (inner tuition) is what will guide US to complete mental happiness.
