The Relaxation, Meditation and Mindfulness Certificate teaches individuals and health professionals to become qualified instructors of relaxation, meditation, and mindfulness. It has been designed to give you the tools you'll need to be a competent instructor, helping both yourself and others down the path toward relaxation, enhanced well-being and effective meditation practice.
On this course in Relaxation, Meditation, and Mindfulness students learn how to teach relaxation, meditation, and mindfulness individually and to groups. Techniques include:

|The Certified training in Resilience, Well-being and Mindfulness at Work and in life gives you a qualification to demonstrate your competence in delivering training programmes in mindful stress management and well-being; coaching to groups or working on a one to one basis with individuals. It has been designed to link in with the five ways to Well-being initiative by the Government and gives you the tools you'll need to be a competent instructor, helping both yourself and others down the path toward relaxation, enhanced well-being and effective stress/anxiety management.

2.3 Take notice – why noticing; being aware or mindful increases our sense of well-being.
2.4 Keep learning – how enjoying and achieving challenges enhances well-being and reduces stress.
2.5 Give – Improve relationships through the science of kindness – feel good by doing good. What is psychological is biological.

|SMART Young Minds Mindfulness, Resilience and Well-being in Schools (Young Minds) Coach||

This is part of a teacher training programme we run where teachers become qualified educators in Mindful Well-being in Schools programme. The transferable skills we cover in the session include:-
All SMART (Stress Management And Relaxation Techniques) help children enhance emotional well-being. Sessions help develop self-confidence and self-esteem. It is all about igniting children's imagination. Our aim is to encourage creativity and self-esteem which in turns enhances emotional strength and increases resilience. The SMART educator sessions help children become emotionally resilience, giving them tools to cope with stress and anxiety.
Our seven modules cover 21, twenty minute classes which means they easily fit into a Citizenship or PHSE class. The Teacher Training takes 3 days complete, meaning at the end of the course you are ready to put all you have learned into practice straight away in your School or coaching with children business.
