We find steady progress, usually 6 to 10 week plans, gives our clients the opportunity to create positive change in their lives. In some instances, where you are already being treated for particular medical reasons, it will be important for you to chat with your G.P. before embarking on a plan.
This is only necessary when goals or actions may require significant change in diet, exercise or personal behaviour. In many cases our clients successfully reduce or change their medication. Using tried and tested techniques and Stress Management tools, we will show you how to beat stress, release negative behaviours, create your own personal improvement plan, enhance your will-power and get motivated for a healthy lifestyle.
