Wheel of life test - How flat is your bicycle?

Draw 4 lines crossing in the centre to make 8 spokes on a bicycle.
Label the centre 0 and the outside of each spoke 10.
Label each spoke with categories such as;
Health and fitness, Family and Partner, Financial/Wealth, Recreation/hobbies, Career
Social network, Personal/spiritual development, Positive attitude and outlook.
You may find other categories that are more appropriate to you also you may want to use less categories.
For each category, grade your self on how well you are doing from 0 (poor) to 10 (outstanding) and mark in the corresponding part of the spoke for that category
Once you have done this, join up all the marks and see where your tyre is flat.
This is where your life is out of balance and this will have a negative effect on all the other categories.
